• Please return the item within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that as a general rule, we cannot accept returns made after 8 days from the date of delivery of the product.
• If you do not wish to return the item, payment will be processed 7 days after the item arrives.
• If the returned product is damaged, stained, dirty, or has large scratches, we will not be able to process the return. We will contact you at the address you have registered and process the payment.
• Please note that in the above cases, we will charge you for the return shipping fee separately.
• Whether or not we can accept returns will be determined based on led.tokyo's standards.
