Payment methods available include credit card, convenience store payment (FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, Lawson, Ministop), carrier payment (docomo, Softbank), bank payment PayEasy, AmazonPay, Rakuten Pay, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay. I can get used to it.

Delivery method: Usually delivered by courier.

Delivery time: Usually, orders will be shipped within 5 business days after receiving your order via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.

Regarding order cancellation/changes: As a general rule, we cannot cancel or change the order details after the order has been confirmed.
Please consider your order carefully before confirming your order.

Regarding returns and exchanges, we have stipulated the following regarding returns and exchanges of products.

1. If the product you purchased is defective In the unlikely event that the product you purchased is defective or defective, we will confirm the defect and promptly provide a replacement or refund.
Please contact customer support (led.tokyo@rsvtokyo.com) and return the product within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns after 8 days from receiving the product.
