Payment methods available include credit card, convenience store payment (FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, Lawson, Ministop), carrier payment (docomo, Softbank), bank payment PayEasy, AmazonPay, Rakuten Pay, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay. I can get used to it.

Payment methods can be selected from lump sum payment, installment payment, and revolving payment.
If you order a pre-order item, payment will be made on the spot.

Regarding shipping and handling charges, products will be shipped by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.

We have revised the shipping charges as follows for orders placed on our online store after 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.

Delivery method: Usually delivered by courier.
*Please note that you cannot select the delivery method.

Delivery time: Usually, orders will be shipped within 5 business days after receiving your order via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
*Excluding pre-order items

Regarding order cancellation/changes: As a general rule, we cannot cancel or change the order details after the order has been confirmed.
Please consider your order carefully before confirming your order.

Regarding returns and exchanges, we have stipulated the following regarding returns and exchanges of products.

1. If the product you purchased is defective In the unlikely event that the product you purchased is defective or defective, we will confirm the defect and promptly provide a replacement or refund.

Please contact customer support (led.tokyo@rsvtokyo.com) and return the product within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns after 8 days from receiving the product.
We will bear the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please send it by cash on delivery.
In the unlikely event that the same product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
*Products purchased from sources other than this site cannot be directly returned or exchanged. Please contact the store where you purchased the product.

2.Returns and exchanges of non-defective products We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. Please note that we cannot accept returns due to differences in size, color, or image.
